Please wear a mask during your visit. No children or extras are allowed. If you are feeling sick, experiencing flu like or Covid symptoms, please reschedule.

When booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is specified upon booking depending on the chosen service. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened and you will be charged the full cost of service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may have to reschedule.

All appointment confirmations are sent via text and/or email 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule please do so at that time to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

In some cases, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions, lash lift, wax and stain,

At the first instance you notice any reaction, contact me immediately (text 401-584-3979), you will be provided a complimentary removal (for eyelash extensions) and consult a physician at your own expense. No refund will be issued.

You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a quality service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.
